Swirl Launcher offers a user-friendly approach to discovering and launching applications on your Wear OS device, enhancing both the speed and enjoyment of the experience.

The design is particularly well-suited for the compact display of smartwatches, utilizing a dynamic wheel that presents apps in a visually accessible manner.

The touch control mechanics are intuitive:
<ul>
 <li>Observe the rotating apps</li>
 <li>Tap an app to initiate it</li>
 <li>Swipe right from the left edge to return to the main Swirl interface</li>
 <li>Utilize a curved swipe to adjust the orientation of the Swirl</li>
 <li>Fling the Swirl to restart the animation</li>
 <li>Swipe right from the left edge again to close the Swirl interface</li>
</ul>

For optimal app selection, it is advisable to avoid tapping on rapidly moving icons:
<ul>
 <li>Stop: Touch-and-hold to halt the swirling motion</li>
 <li>Place: Execute a curved swipe to position your target accurately</li>
 <li>Tap: Lift your finger and then tap on the desired app</li>
 <li>A rapidly moving app will cease swirling instead of launching if tapped improperly</li>
</ul>

The interface enriches user interaction, with app icons enlarging as they approach the focus area at the screen's top and subsequently resizing as they move away. The name of the app currently in focus displays prominently at the center bottom of the Swirl. New applications discreetly enter from the bottom, with each cycle presenting all apps through focus before repeating.

If available on your smartwatch, utilizing the crown enables control over the swirling speed.

User feedback is encouraged through ratings on Google Play, along with any comments or suggestions for new features. These inputs will contribute to a "Launcher wish list," though there is no assurance that all requests will be acted upon, as simplicity remains a priority. Bug fixes will take precedence.

Advanced tips for using Swirl include:
<ul>
 <li>If swiping right does not yield satisfactory outcomes, consider using the back button if applicable.</li>
 <li>Curved swiping can facilitate multiple rotations around the Swirl's center.</li>
 <li>When swirling at high speed, observe smaller icons closely to anticipate opportunities for selection.</li>
</ul>

Please note some known issues:
<ul>
 <li>An initial touch within the left 10% of the display may trigger an unintended app dismissal. It's still possible to swipe through this area; just avoid starting your touch there.</li>
 <li>If your watch's processor is busy with other applications, loading times for app icons may be affected. In such cases, be patient or refer to text labels for guidance.</li>
</ul>
